The rooms bed of the flats.

The flats are furnisched according to a conservative logic which goes on with the central building going back to the 19th century. They supply high comfortable service well mingled with the typical characteristics of the country ligurian environment.
The flats are very bright and with a wonderful panoramic view.
They are indipendent and composed of a kitchen ( with hob,oven,dishwasher, freezer,fridge,and tv set ); a large living-room, a bathroom with a shower and a spare room which can host another bed when required.
The open space of each flat offers a garden, a terrace with a panoramic view, solarium, a park 1200 square metres bordering with the wood of morucciola hill.
Our guest have a private, enclose parking at their disposal.

In high season the minimun stay is for two nights, the additional bed costs euro 15 a night ( further information for weekly or longer stays can be required ).
The price per person ( min.40 – max. 45 euro ) includes breakfast and the use of the kitchen.
The followig flats are at dispo-sal: “seventh heaven”, “the terrace”, “the garden” and “the pink house” in lerici.
